I really wish the scanlators hadn't dropped this. Surprisingly it looks like their relationship is going to be a cute romance. Inugami has such a crush on Kirishima, he keeps a photo of Kirishima right next to his bed, and he has that soft little smile and blush on his face after he sees a picture of Kirishima on his phone and remembers talking to him. (And then he becomes aroused after remembering Kirishima touching him in the shop but that's a different type of reaction.)
