Ani and Kyoka became friends though their workplace. They started talking the day that Ani got shouted at by their boss. Kyoka thought she should try to cheer her up with some ramen, and shortly after that they become drinking buddies. But Ani wishes they were more than just drinking buddies, but she doesn't have the courage to do it, so one day when they eat ramen together, Ani decided to push herself to the edge, adn started with eating hell ramen. For some reason she thought that if she could finish the bowl of hell ramen, she should be able to confess to Kyoka. After she finishes the bowl, she is a mess. She is sweaty, and has snot all over, and on top of this her whole face has swelled up, including her lips. When she finally confesses to Kyoka, she realizes she can't talk properly because of her swelled lips, but Kyoka understood perfectly, and they share a spicy kiss together, to profess their love for one another.

First we meet Ah-chan. She is a short girl, with blonde hair. She has never been in love, or so she thinks. She takes the train to get to her new all girls high school. There she runs into a girl, who seems to be tearing up a bit, and Ah-chan thinks it might be a perv touching this poor girl, and she stomps on him. They part ways, but meet up again at Ah-chans house, apparently the girl she met at the station, was her long lost best friend she hasn't since they were children. Fumi-chan is a tall girl, she is also very sensitive and cries easily. We follow their journey through all years of highschool. They get many new friends, they join clubs, spend vacations together, and fall in love, but falling in love is a little bit complicating. The love stories we follow on this school, is not your usual one, there are many one sided love quarrels, and the girls fall in and out of love, but not Ah-chan not until Fumi-chan confesses to her. Ah-chan doesn't know how to respond, she never saw Fumi-chan that way, and she has seen Fumi been hurt by her realtionships, cause they nver worked out, so Ah-chan suggest they should try and be a couple. They experience many things together, kissing, dating, and well.. sex. But his get awkward everytime they take a step in their relationship, and Ah-chan wants to call things off, cause she is afraid she doesn't feel the same way Fumi-chan does, and wants some time apart so she could think things over. Some time goes by, and Ah-chan sees Fumi-cahn enjoying herself outside with another girl, her heart sinks and her chest hurts, she felt jealous of them. She meets Fumi-chan in a bathroom at a wedding reception and she tells her how she feels, and they get back together as a couple.
