Bad Contact
I'm still caught up on Lee Hyun. the parts that could be sad are written off as a joke, it makes sense as it's a romcom but I prefer for stories to have dramatic moments so I can really feel the light moments. it feels like the author thought about what they wanted to happen but not about how to get there. the developments dont feel natural. it's cute though so whatever.
I Suspect my Childhood Friend is a Lesbian
Hatsukoi o Kojirase Sugiru na
not for me really, the same chasing so fervently doesn't fit my original view of him. the whole thing is too fantastical for me, I'd prefer a slow and tender account of him moving past his first love, perhaps still with the re-encounter, but a burgeoning love with someone other - a first meeting with a pensive man who cut his hair in an attempt to move on. the past love who comes to understand him but ultimately can't love him in that way anyway I'll just write it myself because there's obviously a market for this book, I'm just not it
