Eventhough the manga focuses on a pair, it really calls out the absurd society's norms and "normality". The stigma to be "normal" or else being casted away. Homophobic society needs to change and the manga really does a good job capturing the traumatizing effects of it. The artstyle is different and plays a major role in carving out the raw emotions of the characters. Sad yet beautiful with the happy ending

This was surprisingly quite well written & realistic. There isn't too many miscommunication nor stupid misunderstandings. Just the usual amount present when two grown mature men with contrasting characters start any sort of relationship. Story of a single father who's running a candy shop & a gaypediatrician who recently joined a clinic. The clash of failed marriage, the immense pressure of being a gay man & falling for a straight guy, the ex-wife's presence, the insecurity & all are portrayed well. The story ends with a pleasurable feeling of hope & sweetness. Really liked the fact that they were both mature yet emotional too. Also, even though they didn't communicate openly, there weren't any eye-rolling misunderstanding between them. The slight misunderstandings were immediately cleared off in a mature stance
