A guy inherits a motel, only to wonder why only gay couples come to his aptly named BL hotel... A part-timer gets hired with a mysterious agenda... which is later revealed to be that he wants to understand his gay younger brother and his "perspective" as a gay person. They end up making progress in this pursuit...in more ways than one... ~Chapter --

Summary: Some kid (bright, beautiful, smart, créme de la créme de la créme and whatever else fine words you want to use) from 2048 decides* to travel back to the ancient past of 2008. A kid (from 2008) has the hots for this guy and keeps on clinging to him. We'll see where the author takes this, if I ever come back to read the end for curiosity's sake. Wow...the author tries to make this funny, but the main characters are so awful that it's impossible to laugh. It's not that these characters are the most morally egregious, or have made complicated and complex decisions, but that they are truly are the most annoying. They both have awful attitudes; one thinks he's hot stuff, the other seems to pass all of his bad and selfish behavior off as a small joke. Ugghhh it's pissing me off. I think that the author should have some props for creating something, but this is super annoying. *decides, meaning that he got stuck in a time machine that his crazy science teacher built in the middle of the school (and was somehow in an unlocked classroom despite the science teacher claiming otherwise) ~Chapter 5

What an odd dynamic...I first thought the manga was going to fall into usual tropes, but it surprised me. I thought the point of him saying that he had different values than society was important and interesting... and who's to say that you can't see something new in yaoi, but I like how the seme completely had a newfound respect for the uke. In these types of situations, what ends up happening is the seme disrespects the uke and finds his behavior 'degrading' and 'shameful,' which in my opinion is stupid because nobody in this scenario has a steady, monogamous partner. I'm looking forward to the rest of the chapters ~ Summary: An ordinary mail officer ends up having sex with a complete and utter weirdo during his shift, who uses sexual experiences for his erotic material in his books. I liked the concepts of him being not okay with it, but also not disrespecting the person who he ends up having sex with. ~Chapter 2

Daaaang... that was some hot, hotttt sex *fans herself rapidly*. I've really been finding some good ones lately whose tastes in carnality parallel my own. Summary: Two lonely and idiotic friends decide to screw. The rest is history. (Doesn't really go into much or any depth about the delicacy of such a situation, going from friendship to physical intimacy and figuring out the boundaries of that. It does a better job than some of the other mangas -- I should say yaoi mangas -- who use this trope by at least acknowledging this person no longer knows how to draw the line. However, it has no real depth so far.) ~ Chapter 2 (I'm saving some for later...)
