didnt really understand the reason for his abstinence but as usual communication was ass and jealosy was the motivating factor for relationship development (which i usually like, but was kinda cheap here.)

hmm it gives me mixed feelings-- on the one hand i can acknowledge how awful the situation is for both parties and how disturbing this was, on the other hand the morbid fascination and appreciation for the storytelling also pushes through. great art though, despite all the unsettling themes & ending.

i wasnt totally sold on ryouhei in volume 1 but i gotta say, i like him a lot better here. obviously the jealousy and relationship insecurity are there but i loved how ryouhei actually put in the effort to reinforce their relationship. a great addition to vol1, i'd even argue i liked this better.

usui iroha has a talent for taking cliche plots and translating them into their signature art style. story is as basic as it gets and character development was decent (aside from the lack in communication of feelings).

basically a pwp but the dynamics were cool, title is killing me though lmao

the rape was really unpleasant to get through but the resulting relationship between the healer and demon king was pretty cute. GORGEOUS ART FR.

i dont use 'hardcore' lightly when describing this, it was intensely graphic in all ways but a total banger. i dont interact w chainsaw man so i didn't know this was a dj, and consider it a really good individual work.

somehow so mind numbing to read but still so human in the characters irrationality? like PLEASE just communicate and dont piss me off
