I don't like the suspense. MC is a prickly cactus with a sad backstory in the loan shark business. ML is a selfish brat who's apparently been into him since highschool. Now, he's some big money lender's "lover" (but not really apparently) with some kinda plan almost everyone around MC knows about but won't tell him. It doesn't seem like whatever he's planning is going to benefit MC, so I'm not a fan. Also, this is confusing af.

The writing makes me feel on edge, I don't like that. (S2)
