I don't get either of them. Also the translation is confusing.

The scene is a typical "I could have everything I want so I'm bored" type, falls in love with uke for no reason, takes everything away from him and turns him into an omega. And the uke is a stereotypical dumb infant who can't do anything by himself.

Apparently it's over? Super short story about two step brothers. Seme is the younger brother who was sickly when he was young and somehow became obsessed with uke. Uke was more or less forced to take care of seme and got yelled at if anything bad happened. Apparently now, seme comes over when his rut starts to fuck uke but uke is only doing it because of his trauma/sense of responsibility.
