Extremely mixed feelings about this work. You can see many deep-rooted prejudices from the 2000s. At the same time, it is a very courageous work for the time in which it was published. Bittersweet from beginning to end. As a person from the LGBT community, I believe that nowadays we don't need this type of work - that explains my number of stars for this story. PS: Of all things, what we DON'T need most is this disgusting beginning of children with the teacher. That was the worst part of it all. Extremely disgusting
