CW rape and drugging The author does an amazing job portraying that the MC and ML are both deeply flawed people. They are not black and white in morality and actions, which makes them complicated and realistic. The characters, especially MC, develops and grows throughout the storyline, but it takes a long time. Furthermore, his ‘redemption arc’ is not perfect since it is easy to relapse back into the old habits and thoughts. I hope the author draws a side story with the rings in the future!
