I mean the plot is okay but it's kind of just random. You have issues with sex with supposedly one specific gender mainly due to mental insecurity and anxiety. Somehow that equates to your doctor prescribing you change your sexual positions and seek sexual relationships with your own gender under the aid and advice of your older brother..... Okay this really makes no sense in terms of curing your sexual insecurities rationally but we'll just go with it. It's just a mess in plot narrative.

I understand there's a misunderstanding but the MC isn't a good person. Who thinks like him and sees themselves anything other than selfish. Also like the second couple way more
