Honestly, I felt irritated way too often reading this. I have so many complaints, and I'm sorry but the whole "we love each other so its okay" bullshit that all the issues are swept away with is probably my top complaint. He tries to turn her against her will? She blatantly LIES and keeps secrets from him, even after confessing? This entire story is built on Stockholm syndrome and "she can fix the bad boy" trope, and it reeks of a maladjusted relationship. This is ... BAD once you get down to the actual meat of it all. Sure at the surface it's a "cute and fluffy" romance, but beyond that it's sick and unhealthy.
If I'm honest, I would be much happier if she did turn into a vampire, but after a conversation between them. Instead we get the typical "No, I don't want to, so you must suffer and watch me die and then follow me" bullshit. Yeah, I did not enjoy this at all.
