Ana's manga / #Supernatural(4)

I saw somewhere that this webtoon has around 62 chapters, and this is only season 1 so far, so why is this marked completed here? On the last chapter in pg 10 at the ending there was a short note by DSS or something that said this webtoon has been dropped and they are hoping someone else picks it up to complete updating the season 2, wadda hell does it mean? Can someone just explain ? Why is no one updating this webtoon at any website when it still has around 30 more chapters left to finish?

I dont have enough words to describe how good this was, I highly recommend it. I just wish there were more chapters of when Jaehee makes his last wish, but this is fine too after all his last wish was already revealed at the end so I'm not dissatisfied with this.
