Kageyama has become the most over protective person with Hinata so when Hinata goes to the toilet and doesn't come back quickly he freaks out and go to find him, but now, after seeing Kenma kissing him on the cheek, he just lost it and utterly jealous he takes Hinata to the bathroom and confess his feelings.
