The bastard. Period. Update: this is just in alignment with the author’s dark themed works. Having said that, all I could think of most of the time was how long before this torture ends!? This is riddled with trigger warnings (as it should be!) and not enough fluff to serve as counterweight (arguably, author could have given us fluffy side stories) But then again, this is not a happy story and the characters are just too sad. There might not have been enough rainbows to provide the fluff (so I guess I shouldn’t blame the author) (Update) I rated this 1 ️ at first but later on I realized how great the author is for writing this WEBTOON, and making readers hurt for the characters at least for me, it hurt to read it - I was really affected. In the after words author said why and what made her come up with the story, which was what changed my mind about my rating. It’s true that that characters are unique and that you can’t find a similar MC (yet) in the stories of the same genre - it made me realize that character was very fleshed out. Anyway, I needed to recover from this. It’s actually still a 1 ️ for me, if I was only rating it on the overall aftertaste of finishing the story. I didn’t feel fully satisfied - however that is my opinion. I read this for personal reasons, therefore i’m entitled to my personal review as well.
