So… the story started out pretty good, and stayed pretty good throughout. I liked how it dealt with depression, and how it is really hard to pull yourself out. And while, having someone there to help pull you a long helps, you ultimately have to decide for yourself to get better (in a lot of cases). My biggest issue is towards the end, where we’re building up to this big thing with the priest, and… it’s over in like a chapter and the story ends a few chapters later… not sure if it’s a source material issue or if steam was just running out, but I was left a little unsatisfied. I’m mean the guy was stalking them for how long, and THAT’S all he can do? Story starter Mikael needs to kick his lazy ass for such a pathetic display of villany!

Really pretty art, very tragic story. The ML is in the wrong, and if I’m right about the curse, he will get his due. Despite everything I do feel bad for him, I just wish he would find alternative ways of revenge. Poor Leila, her intelligence was only beaten by her nievete
