So I read the novel and if they follow it (which it seems like they are doing so) we’re in for a treat. The novel is a bit long and it has two parts. It’s very smutty and hot but the story has nuance and I liked it. It was also actually far more realistic in the politics side than I expected. And don’t worry they’ll be addressing the toxicity of Jiskar. PS for those complaining Ray should have remained a buff emperor Uke, don’t worry he’s gonna be. Tho we gon have to be patient cos that’s waaay down the line.
