It puzzles me. What does the ML really want? What significance does the FL and his mistress have that he wanted to take advantage of? All I see is manipulative kids, one trying to divorce him and one trying to become his most important people. I'm still reading, and will so until it ends. It just doesn't make sense! What EXACTLY is his adjective?

(Spoilers if you haven't read the manhwa) Dude probably has attachment issues if he's so easily persuaded and convinced himself that he wants to break the curse : all because of FL. FL, I kinda get her? After a life full of torment and neglect, I'd also love to live a peaceful life (with a smexy rich lover, if it were an option) as reward. She seems like a fast learner, considering she can now somewhat read a book on her own. As for the brother, I was surprised he wasn't selfish enough to leave his sister : but that doesn't mean he's a good character. He's been nothing but egotistical, shaming FL about her weaknesses.

It's interesting how the ML went from trash to a somewhat redeemable fella
