Omfg suggested tags all you can go to hell cuz YES, THIS MANGA DOES HAVE A PLOT! GOOD LORD, IT'S QUITE OBVIOUS. When you love someone, and they are your one and only, you feel things you never thought you'd feel. Also, hetero-flexible is a thing. Tho, they look in love and actually go all the way, so I vote no he probably not hetero flexible. If you think this is rushed, whatever. A lot are like that, but are still good. And also, if you think this art is what qualifies as bad, try drawing manga yourself... this is beautiful art in my opinion. If it's not to your taste that's ok, but you can't say it's terrible because you don't like it or have seen the art thinking it's ugly. It's not ugly because you just don't like it. Ugly, is disproportionate blobs. Which is what is not correctly done. But this is just a simple art style and I find the story quite heartwarming and immersive, towards the end especially.

It was cute at first, but kinda got scary af when the poor guy got inporisoned like wtf bro if u love him don't imprison him he has a right to be suspicious of you like calm yourself.
