Art is really nice, ml is cute. but is he ml?? I read some of the raws and dont see romance Whatever the story is cute so ill keep reading to see, this made me learn abt a whole new sport i didnt even know abt lol. THE BLONDIE IS SO CUTE IDC THAT WE DONT LIKE HIM RN he is so pretty omg

this is a complicated review for me bc this manga is vv nostalgic for me, i followed every update for like 2 years and read the raws maybe 3 times over in that time? safe to say i really liked this, and i can kinda see why. mc is totally my type of character, w his sarcastic mouth and squinty eyes and angry attitude. I love love love an angry hard to get uke, esp one who is so soft secretely!! however, i must admit the romance aspect of this is pretty bad... like the tension was delicious and i could see the way it lead up to the scenes, but theres a liberal use of timeskips that totally take away some of the relationship developments. I still really like how both of them kept their personalities in the relaitonship and the ending sequence tho. i wish they could've told their friends, but thats just me. i really liked granny grey here, i think he was so adorable cousin nephew bestie vibes!!! anyways because its complicated BUT i have nostalgia AND i like the art, i wanna give this a healthy 4?

INSANE FACE CARD. EVCERY SINGLE PERSON. MC ML I WAS SAVING LIKE EVRY PANEL THEYRE SO GORG. anyways the plot also seems vv interesting!! ml who's been down bad since the beginning and doesnt understand why the mc keeps pushing him away but he keeps using weird methods to try and get him, and mc who's so stuck in low-self esteem/bad circumstances to realize and he grows resentment giving the facade of enemies to lovers!! all wrapped up in a sports/celebrity au!! but w the added benefit of hockey, i dont think ive ever tried that sport before in media ive read so im vv interested :pppp how will ml win him over?!?!? idk but its gotta be smth to do w that insane facecard
