I love the art style, way more so than the story. The story is rather blunt in execution, as u can see w the seme and the friends behaviors. idk i prefer a more long winded, slow burn style. not bad but not especially good

this is just insane in a bad way but like a trainwreck i cant take my eyes away??? like beyond the fucking insane plotline, story, names, TRAUMATIZING EVENTS, the story tries to go from A to B but they just cant make it work? its all a bit forced, youre moving things into place with a schedule rather than following a story thats happening. This is clinincal on multiple levels and this is so far from my usual story but FUCK IT im morbidly curious

"burning hot but cold, frosty but warm" perfectly encapsulates their chharacters, and that dynamic is the main (and most compelling) feature of this story. I truly loved it. Yes, its a bit fucked up but its bc the ppl in it are a bit fucked up, due to fucked up circumstances, and this gives them the space to heal and grow together. This did a phenomenal job at characterization and conveying the story through an unreliable (ish) narrator!!! the beginning is definitely a little rough but you can totally see how the author and characters completely evolve!! Plus they do so around an interesting storyline with an incredibly satisfying end, which is a great plus to this manwha. It was such a delight to see the mc and ml fall in love, and try and analyze all the critical moments, I love how this emphasizes the show not tell mantra that so common in storytelling. I just think this is an amazing, if tragic (but happy ending) work THE EXTRAS R ALL ADORBS AND DOMESTIC RAHHHHH

ugh its just all around fucked up, and i did fucking hate every development of the story... but i admit it's exactly what was on the carton, and for what it is (STOCKHOLMMMM), its a pretty well developed manhua. i'm just not a fan of what it is tho lol

um. so where's season 3?!?!?!? all that aside, im reading this bc its so popular so i feel like u gotta get through it once (my third time trying, i finally succeed in finishing it!!) do i understand why it got so big? no not really, but i will say the mc is absolutely gorgeous and so ofc ive had fun seeing him cry/get fucked! in the sense that this manwha and plot r excuses to write a porno, i will say the authro did a good job of incorporating lots of yummy scenes! plus, i think ive also been stockholmed like mc, bc i do find myself liking their dynamic at the end? the beginning, and lead up to sm of the yummy scenes leave much to be desired but oh whale, we move. I will say all the other nobles r anniying and creepy looking asf, ml at the beginning but now he looks more human i think? OH ALSO I HATE THAT PROF BITCH, HES A TOTAL ASSHOLE AND I WOULD NOT MIND IF CRAZY SHIT HAPPENED TO HIM IN THE FOREST ON THE WAY BACK (3.5) smth tha rlly helped me get through this were the extras of them being on set that i randomly saw on twt. the whoel first 20 chs i was just fighting for my life thinking "theyre just acting theyre on set they got the intimacy coordinators and everything" akjshgfkajhdgf WAIT LMAO I JUST SAW THAT IM ONLY LIKE HALFWAY THROUGH W THE CHAPTERS ON MANGAGO, MB I PROPER:Y FINISH IT ANOTHER DAY AKSJLHJSLGD

ah. yuri kwon. how shouldi percieve u pookie... lets get on w it. ok so ik the beginning definitely isnt pretty, but its raw and i like that!! 2 very jagged pieces dulling each other down until they fit together! and i do like that they fell so long after they got involved in each others lives, and on both sides i found it incredibly tender and sweet. GOD FUCK I WISH IT ENDED AT THAT FUCKING HOTEL ROOM. YURI IS SUCH A FUCKING BITCH. i mean we all knew he had issues but he is toxic asf and mr lee keeps excusing him like "hes cute, i cant blame him" NOOOOOOO. bby he calls u a manwhore blows up ur phone when ur with friends, and has no manners during sex??? granted sure, during the end chapters it was more banter (which i wouldve expected anyways) and the initial cuteness (u make me laugh/smile more than i ever have in my life" type shit), but u cant make me forget those middle 20 chapters!! erase that and i love this. i also did find it funny how it was s1, s2, s3, 30 chs of extras, 20 chs of side stories lmaoooo. It was 4.5 leaning 5, now its 3.75 stuck on 4 lol HOLD ON ALSO I LOVED THE POOKIE BESTFRIENDS they were like my darlings, im def gonna read their story now! wait also apprently the author also fucked up their sidestories so i can officially declare all side stories not canon!

damn. umm ok so im here bc i saw a photo of pretty shading? um and thats how i ended up in the middle of the first post kidnapping non-con scene? and then i was curious so i sped through the rest until the end. damn thats fucked up but i cant say its not exactly what its marketed itself to be. i looped around just to finish it off, and damn the first few chapters r so fucking cute in compariosn to the rest??? i mean having forsight, i can see how its a sickly sweet type of thing but damn mc is so pookie before all the shit happens (and still pookie but im like u gotta stay strong and fight pookie, do not be stockholmed!!) ya idk i didnt mean to come here, isnt my style, wasnt ever rlly gonna be my style.
