tears in my fuckign eyes bro, this is genuinely one of the best mangas ive ever read. idk man. i love it so much i love it i love it i love it. (im srry for dropping it wehn it was at like 3 chs. in 2021 i got second hand embarassment then) both the characters and the plot and the setting and the dynamics are fucking delicious. we start off with enemies to lovers, and PROPER enemies to lovers, no hidden feelings (not bad but not 100% genre). then!! we get these delicious hate-fuck scenes that r spurned on by competition, and as a competitive bitch i love a competitive bitch! we see the relationship shift from both perspectives (mc due to his nature as a romantic and ml bc mc's just that fucking cute and good of a human being), but they still retain the cat and dog type dynamic that drove the story in the first place. no misunderstandings! they talk out eveyr argument or dsagreement like rational adults, they take time off to gather themselves and properly communicate their perspectives! the drama (ex, move, work) all feels real, and the way they deal with it feels real, there's nothing put on about it at all! AND ML IS SUCH A FUCKING GREEN FLAG, LIKE THE GREENEST FLAG IVE EVER SEEN?!?!?! the way consent, past trauma, and romance is handled in this is astronomically better than anything ive ever read. theyre vocal about their preferences (ml's prompts), care about safe sex (!??!? GIRL WHO IN MANGAS CARE ABOUT SAFE SEX LIKE), and ml is just such a good fucking partner even when they're in the fuck buddie stage! fuck i want a gf like him. fuck i wanna be someone's gf to act like him?!?!? presents everyday, hugs n kisses, romantic gestures, everything. and sure, the very last chapter was a bit unrealistuc but i can take it bc everything else is so realistic! i love how mc puts his job first, and they both are passionate and care about their education/interests/career. I love how he made the choice to go to germany. so sure, i can excuse ml quitting to join him bc theyre that fucking cute. AND MARRIAGE. MARRIAGE. AHHHHHHHHH MY FUCKING GOD i just adore them too much bro. too much.
