Uke (main charatcer) grew up thinking he was an alpha but found out recently he is omega. The seme investigates origin because omegas are only born from a parent who is an omega(at least one) but Riku's (uke) parents were both alphas. Turns out that Riku' was switched with the real son of the family, A jealous nurse took the real son and switched with riku ( not the nurses son).
