32.5 - highly entertaining , wonderful characters, i hope the political plot won’t ruin it My only disappointment would be to see rhe MC becoming a sword prodigy, i did appreciate her strength before the stereotypes on power kicked in - as well as rose’s strength too Add another one : a pitiful love rival has appeared, and - as always - he is so much more gentle and easy to live with : what kind of culture are we building for girls ? Girls are not telepath or healers, dark or introverts, not even counting borderline an psychotic personalities : these are painful and often impossible to live with Side note : a very bad choice to sleep !

48 - beware the chapters are in a messy order So, she’s certainly a bit special, and hubby will most probably have a hard time cracking that very tough nut But so far, it’s fun, fresh and full of spunk Our awkward heroine has obviously been abused, but she’s never like a victim, she got herself busy, taught herself a lot through her strange power and that makes for a very sweet quirky character - maybe she feels like a trick or treat sweet ? Very charming in a bizarre way ?

7.1 - so grown up and realistic, absolutely cute and sweet Design wise, the nose an the age are hard on the eyes,

67 - like « real man », but in show business Real values, big heart, and interesting entertainment background It’s the second time i read a story about someone « accomplished «  in modern society criteria, turning time to be a better person, protect the good guys and bring a bit of fairness to the world, instead of making poor human choices, that’s leads to one’s « success « at the cost of others suffering and ruin. This seams like a « soft version » of the more business oriented « real man », there’s a lot of cute and humorous characters, which in a way makes for an easier read albeit probably not as deep (both are great) How refreshing in anycase : i want more !

5.3 - fun start but will it last? Alas from the novel on Syosetsu, the MC have the very same bad disease as too many reincarnated characters: (These are no spoilers if you read the first chapter) - First she’s been born and lived for 16 years in that place, but the moment she remembers her pas life she doesn’t identify as « herself », but as her « former life self » (what the heck !! That’s a serious mental disease !) - Hence, all starts to go crazy : reality is a « game » , the people around her and her family are « characters ». - some of them - pretty boys with big lineage are « capture target » of a otome game - She also adopt the « villainess » label and decide to avoid every « capture target » … - … who, she’ll seduce blindly with a very stereotypical « love blindness » … duh Even if she was never involved with anyone in her previous life (come one at 30 !?), she played enough romance game to be able to read the signs : even more she played « that one » which she confuse with reality - Also she’s the typical dumb girl, not just because she’s fangirling all other (bothersome enough), but because she’s made to be uneducated - once again a woman greatest ambition to avoid a disaster can can obviouly prevent : become a commoner, clean and cook ! Welcome 21th century old maids ? How depressing when the most common alternative is becoming filthy rich to be lazy and do as one’s please while others are working for her … sad sad world ? While there seem to be a bit of a story behind, it is vastly disappointing and boring stereotypes ruins it. Hopefully the manga does an awesome job an trimming a tediously long novel to get an appropriate pace. (5 chapters equivalent to more that 20 in the novel - good job mangaka !) So maybe, with a bit of luck, the manga will manage to keep the good bit and we’ll survive until the absolute dumb MC might get enlightened (it’s just maybe : honestly there’s no signs after 50 C, just the appearance of a second victim) Or the background story will be interesting enough ? Do i dare to read more ? Ne ? Well at least - so far - it’s cute and entertaining

43 - 4.5 - on manga tree - It’s very cute, the universe is just a bit original ( foundation myth in which the emperor is a dragon and his aristocrats are magical beasts in humans shape, even if so far all that magic is just a story ?) it’s lovely that the MC is a real little girl with a strong and beautiful heart and a head in its right place It brings a totally fresh vision to the castle - as the emperor gave her status she’s well surrounded, and can keep a beautiful kindness that her brethen can uphold Her mom did travel back in time - coming back to life she reformed into a good and protective mother - She has strong hint on the future and is probably trying to prevent succession war to happen to save her girl - but luckily, these angsty and now too common plot are left in the background so far, leaving us to a delightful little girl adventures The art is beautiful Plot wise, there’s a big background (mom rebirth, castle potential conflicts) , but we see very little. It’s interesting that we get get swept int the pace of a little girl story telling, sticking to a partly naive, partly wise vision of the world. She also bring a child point of view into the wicked and painful ways of the noble kids : why should they fear or embrace the adult conflicts ? Catch c43
