Very peculiar and special Lots of things are unsaid or expressed in a sheltered manner, it intuitive and sensitive It has a moody bittersweet vibe, but it’s still nice The ending is a bit rushed (i got it one of the authors died) , but it’s enough to get the intentions Lots are left unsaid and mysterious Lots are hard to understand or accept (the family matters with the mother is definitely from a different culture) Lots of unusual subjects are also painted in a different manner , first and foremost would be grief so big it leads to mental disease (the ML and lin lin) Strangely enough the mental institution stays as a background, as one of the most enigmatic elements in the narration : characters come and go, s’em to be there for very different reasons, some of them not even worth being brought to an institution (the MC is just gay and submissive to his mother) It feels like some impressionist painting, with lots of blurry stuff but it touches your heart

81 - cute, but a lots of fillers makes it super slow Characters are grownups at c74, after 12 year gap, that’s a lot of pre-school chapters. Also you have to endure every single character liking the MC and growing strangely possessive of her, while she obviously understands none of it

28 - super cute , highly predictable ? But I truly appreciate that the MC can make her way with good deeds and good heart, she’s neither stupid or careless, but knows right from wrong, she also doesn’t underestimate bad people, but that doesn’t mean she should turn into an indifferent ice cube There’s two entry for that title (Search the korean title !)

34 - 5 is for how i felt nice reading it, it’s probably a small 4 as far as story goes, that is to say don’t have high expectations to enjoy fully ;) it’s simple, cute, pretty and different from many translated manhua : there’s no no bad wedding, secret pregnancy, bad love triangle, evil parent (or step family, no abused childhood, no transmigration, hisekai or terrible vengeance, no historical drama, fantasy, ultra rich or mafia trope, etc). So to say, there’s none of the things i came to avoid like plague ! There are sadly, very few titles like this one available in English (few shoujo and shounen ai) -it’s mature and innocent enough It’s non violent, there’s no irrealistic drama and it has a nice Chinese university flavor - the characters dynamic is simple but cool It’s a pleasant change as it is as refreshing as it is relaxing
