Well for one, the mc isn.t obsessed y her previous life spoilers, and she thrives to accomplish her goals The characters are rich, fun cute, and the story is smart, with just enough of emotion for you to go awww when needed It rather refreshing to find a story that makes sense in that register :)

60 - quite different, the op pastlife, and the broken one both needs to, be kept in leash : it gives plenty room to ponder the meaning of life and how to belong … Lots of deep questions sometimes meet strange extreme battles, but it fits in an ok package, with a good pace It’s entertaining with more depth than many others - and so far away from the usual super reincarnator that beats his way to the top to conquer the world, and absolutely more interesting

A relative 4.5 - 20 - I liked the smart of the gay relationship building up, nothing is too extravagant and it flows naturally, I also appreciate that the sexuality is brought as a grown up topic, and here again without caricature, and it might even be the firt time I read an accurate depiction of the fact that there is no rule, no determined « position « , and even no obligation for penetration which is actually very real (see statistics) The art might be a bit dated, the proportion sometimes awkward, yet it’s dynamic and expressive so it’s ok I would have rated it 8 - i can’t put my mind to rate it higher, probably because of the slice of life pace, and i could not really feel too deeply engaged, but it’s a very nice story with a few bit of very beautiful wisdom here and there, andd it’s globally better than many things… for exemple - I liked the dad saying they are poor but they can be rich inside, and hoping his son would learn true values and what matters most - i alSo liked the teacher who’s always on the children side, or the friends and collegues support in all sorts of hard times, and much more It’s nice to read about good values without artificial drama or excessive trauma In the end it’s still doesn’t feel as fulfilling as a 5 but it can’t compare to most 4

98 - 4.5 - !! A korean romance without love rivals, smart MC who’s by no mean inferior to the god like (but very flawed) ML, it’s fun cute and sometimes a bit deep - it has a lot of nice and strong values and a wholesome way to consider problems There’s a bit of a traumatic event there and - as often -i believe you could have had the same story without that exotic extreme experience , but the drama around the consequences is smartly played - still wished for something more relatable as a trigger for that family disfunction It was a very pleasant read

42 - vicious little thing - don’t be mistaken by some cute art in the beginning, it a quasi evil story, with an hint of comedy, but loads of violence and cynicism It is also a very different outake on the classic isekai, and heroes must have virtues Faint hearted reader, please abstain - after that, there’s a lot of smart to be found I would have trashed it about 14 chapters when the »hero «  start mass murder for xps, but as the story goes it’s a massive criticism on how the « worldS » work - the isekai / video game where killing gives way more xp than any other efforts, the two faced people, greed, and false perceptions -etc It also demonstrates how systems of evaluation are very very flawed The MC is very unlikable, he’s cynical and unpleasant, ruthless and cruel, he’s a huge hater with not much morality left, but you can’t help seeing how he makes sense in lots of places https://wuxiaworld.site/novel/fff-class-trashero/

53 - 4.5 - another make up story ? Well not quite, for once becoming the princess or the prettiest girl is not really the main subject and the characters dynamics is also not that of pygmalion Our « genius «  ùake up artist is really nice, neither overwhelming or overbearing, he’s not a guide but a trigger and a partner (and probably sooner or later a love interest with luggage ), but he’s truly a respectful character Our girl, despite having bad self image is also brilliant, wise and talented, she takes part in lots of decisions and thinks out what she wants to be, how it matters in society The cast and the competition challenges our vision of what a girl should be, what does pretty mean, where’s the boundaries of conformity It’s highly entertaining to read, many things have been said and done about this subject, yet it manages to feel fresh and really great to read
