I also feel exhausted seeing so much abuse on the MC - she’s such a delightful girl. Surrounded by such a bunch of wicked people, it’s heartbreaking
I also have a hard time rooting for that couple : come on , the guy is abusive and doesn’t know how to care - his ego is out of the roof, and his family is worse than evil, so yes he’s pitiful, but that should not excuse everything
Spoilers implies they will separate and he’ll be the one to suicide as many times as she did - so maybe we’ll pity him enough to forgive, but is the writer out of her mind ? Seriously, should love be born out of self inflicted pain or domestic cold and non cold violence ?
There’s nothing romantic in this idea , it’s disturbing and unhealthy all the way
