Idk if you guys realize how sad it is for someone in a relationship to go "ho well i'll humor him until he's done...". He's clearly someone with a lot of trauma and despite that it's never really adressed, he doesn't trust the MC and thinks he will hurt him if he ever try to talk to him. And that threesome scene is unironically disgusting, was it really necessary to do a close up on his bleeding anus ?? It's that dissonance that's weird, it's clearly drawn to be sexy and yet there are those little moments that reminds you how fucking awful it is. Anyway don't read it
