After I Left You
(spoiler) NOOOO HE WENT BACK TO THE ASSHOLE UUUUUUUGH Can I just say, i fucking hate how everyone around the mc blames him to an extent for fucking leaving. His lover he dated for 7 years just go and tells him "lmao why are you making such a big deal out of it" and shuts him down when he tries to explain how he feels right after he wakes up BLIND. FUCKING BLIND. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN HE IS THROWING A TANTRUM OR SHOULD HAVE SCOLDED HIS PARTNER ??? DO YOU REALLY EXPECT HIM TO FIND THE RIGHT WORDS AT A MOMENT WHERE HE IS DISTRESSED ? They've been in a relationship for SEVEN. YEARS. AND THE ML ACTS AS IF HE'D KNOWN HIM FOR 6 MONTHS i'm so fucking angry at this one HAAAAAA Like we've been shown he was a neglectful asshole, he talked down his career and clearly takes the MC for granted, which is disgusting. It took him months, MONTHS before he realized he was actually serious about leaving him jesus christ he is the most self-centered piece of shit here And also, how is the doctor being fucking selfish exactly ??? Sure he is trying to get closer to the mc but he isn't forcing himself on him, and doesn't do thing without warning (exe : the ML suddenly calling in a butler and two maids for the MC without asking him, in his appartment (doesn't matter if it's a gift or something they both choose, it's still the mc's place) talks about fucking manipulative). The audacity of this bitch to call him his "coward florist" when he doesn't do anything in the relationship before the MC actually threaten to leave him is disgusting. anyway i hate it i hate it i hate it I hate it
Save Me
This was a brutal, beautiful story. It hits even harder now that i know the extent of bullying in South Korea, which because of the lax law system can be extremely intense. (spoiler in this paragraph) One thing i'll complain about is that I feel like a lot of things were left out in the end ; is Namsoon going to be adopted by Hyeongoh's parents then ?? Tho i do feel like he might be stuck in the ward for his whole life but still, he has to have legal guardians. Also, I do feel like the relationship between the two could have been developed more, although i do get the inherent bonding in the two being twins. I just wish we'd seen more of their lifes at the end, is all. And I do feel like the blond guy was left off rather lightly, even if he was probably one of the more passive party there. But all of that are minor complaints, the story in itself is clearly separated in two part and it's all very satisfying. Was the author bullied in high-school ? Probably, maybe
Homeless/No Home
I love this, I love this so fucking much. I love how every characters are developped, how they all have flaws and yet they are still people, they all have reasons as to why they do what they do. I love the parallel between Haejoon and Eunyung, and how Haejoon could, and maybe would have ended up like Eunyung (especially apparent in the shoplifting arc and their fight at the end of the thanksgiving arc), if he didn't have his mother, who despite her flaws cared a lot about him. I really hope that at the end of this, Eunyung will find something to look forward in his life, the scene where he says to Haejoon that he is incredible breaks my heart
