Uke has an unfortunate affliction which attracts creeps and sexual predators to him on a near-constant basis. Therefore, Seme is incredibly protective of his younger cousin (Uke). Despite being cousins, they are hopelessly enamoured with each other. Seme's secretary is worried considering Seme is the family's young master slated to take over the family business group (and somehow already the vice-president at 23).

The translation doesn't read very nicely, it's very choppy, sentences don't flow, and some are just plain weird.

Uke keeps getting picked up by swindlers to do unsavory jobs (ie running drugs as a parcel, working as a porn actor, sleazy bunny suit bar) and seme tries to dissuade him by fucking the idea out of uke. Uke is a sweetheart. Seme keeps his yakuza status a secret because he doesn't know how to tell uke. He's scared he might lose uke, considering seme's high school self always said he hated yakuza and that he would never become one. Uke is more betrayed by the fact he lied than that he is in fact a yakuza. Their love is genuine, they are very sweet with each other. Whilst seme is more possessive then uke, they are equally protective of each other.
