I feel like Tatsumi-san might be autistic. He's got no common sense, he has difficulty understanding social cues, he tends to question social norms (why is ... like that), he's never been taught how to have a normal social relationship only being scolded when doing something 'wrong' and being labeled a troubled child because of it, he has a habit of collecting things and difficulty controlling his anger, as well as a difficulty reading other people's emotions.

Uke is seme's old student. As a soon to be graduate uke confessed to seme, but seme misinterpreted the confession of love for admiration. They meet again when seme moves in next to uke. Uke immediately recognizes his first love, seme takes a second to realize. Seme invites uke out to dinner to catch up and uke proposes he cook and they eat at home instead. This becomes their routine, and seme finds himself falling in love with his former student the more time he spends with him.
