It had good peaks and bad peaks, and lots of random stuff in between, but overall I was still compelled to finish it and I did like the main couple, Yahwi and Jooin. I just think they could've been handled way better. There were dozens and dozens of chapters of their miscommunication that felt really pointless and their issues with each other kept flip flopping too. It felt like Jooin got too ahead of himself in a problem that he invented and didn't give Yahwi any time to catch up and figure it out, and Yahwi kept treating Jooin like he was beneath him (which was probably why Jooin kept trying to make decisions about what the rship meant on his own, to regain some control). I also never got over the initial sex scene cz Jooin was drunk, there was no consent cz he thought it was a dream. A kiss would've been one thing but... anyway. Cain's story only got interesting towards the end, it felt annoying everytime he showed up cz the author had him act with audacity and pushiness all the time DESPITE THE FACT that he was actually holding onto a really beautiful story. So many poor choices that an editor could've fixed, but ultimately I still liked the heart of the main characters so I read till the end. I wish we got more chapters of them being friends or spending time together at the start of the semester, but we got more miscommunication than joy so the sweet, sudden ending feels a little uncooked.
