Nothing much can be said as you have watched the drama the only different is a couple of minor details that were in the manhwa but not in the drama and the flow of it is different but still good.
But fairly the plot is the same.
However the difference that they did it, got married and she pregnant she even was kidnapped for abit however, there is minimal drama nothing extravagant. Turns out the Ml is also the grandson of a rich family.
