In chapter one Rin was like,"I'm tran, nah scratch that" so he probably was going to say transgender, which would obviously mean he was born as a girl and has a V. So they might be some yuri happening there as well. Who knows..

Terrible ending, you could see that the author was trying to rush everything instead of slowly completing it's ending.
