I'm not sure if I like this just yet. She isn't a bad character but I just don't like her - I feel like she doesn't take Evan seriously (not in a romantic way but just as a person) and she's not really coming up with her own ideas. I'll keep reading this another day. Update at Ch 97 (Spoilers) - I actually like the way she left because it she did out of love for them. ALSO, THANK GOD FOR THAT TRUTH POTION because it showed how much of simp these men are for her lolololol. I cried watching Evan's childhood but I thought it fkin hilarious that he enjoyed his A LOT!! When Laria left, seeing the light go out in his eyes made me want to cry - I hope he finds her quickly and that she doesn't go the second time. I think they will both get their wish by being together ️ All in all - I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of this story but I like it enough to continue. I think it's cute and I think what keeps me invested is I really like Evan as the ML ALSO, someone said the comments that Laria would be better with the blonde guy but he likes he because she has the same ideas as him WHEN SHE PURPOSELY USED HIS IDEAS. I would like someone to if all my thoughts came out of their mouth. Not to say that Evan doesn't have his faults, I mean he lost his mother at a young age and was neglected for a long time AND was put in a marriage that he didn't ask for... So now he's a bit obsessed with Laria and will do anything to keep from disappearing again. In all honesty, I don't think it's a bad thing for Laria considering in one of chapters - she said she would want someone who loved her completely and I feel like Evan (even if he knew the whole truth about her) would still love her like crazy. If it came down to that blonde guy, he'd probably ask if she needed a doctor and wouldn't truly believe her. I don't know - I just have a lot of thoughts and put them all here...
