I love how they’re in this relationship together. No one is dominant or submissive to their partner AND they both contribute to the relationship. I like how they communicate their feelings and slowly change for each other. I ALSO LOOOOOVE how they are honest about their feelings and I love it when their partner validates their feelings ️️️ I just want to say that this is exactly what I needed today ️ ALSO SIDE COUPLE IS SO FRIGGIN CUTE!!!! I like he points out that he does love him and is trying to see if he loves him as a lover My heart was melting ️️

I had a hard time finishing this because it really broke my heart on so many occasions - my brain has a hard time differentiating a character in a book apart from real people. Finishing it did give me closure and it was a happy ending (sorry if this is a spoiler)

41 years together Yes, I counted and I cried. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this. It’s actually one of my absolute favorites. I keep crying every time I read this - Sometimes, I’ll remember in my day to day and I just start bawling. They loved each other so much… I’m glad it ended the way it did. I honestly don’t know if I could’ve lived through something like this.
