FUCK YOU for that ending - This legit traumatized me as a kid and I still can't look at anything that reminds me of this story. I was so in love with these characters and with the development - (spoiler) my heart was so set on this couple and for them to never be together in their new life is how it all ends!?!?!? My only hope is that when they die, they meet again with their memories intact.
