PASSION
This manhwa is so messed up on so many levels. The plot/story is good but holy shit, gotta be one of the most toxic relationships I'm reading right now. It's gotten to the point where I can't even sympathize with MC because the moment the seme raped him, he should have left immediately. Pretty good though
Dear Sister, I've Become a Blessed Maiden
THIS IS SO FUCKING BAD. THIS IS THE TYPE OF MANGA YOU'D READ IF YOU'RE MAD DESPERATE FOR A MUSCULAR GUY GETTING DICKED DOWN. CRINGY AS /FUCK/
Beware of the Full Moon In March
8/14/23 Newest update changed my view on this manhwa, so time to rewrite this review. Upon reading /Beware of the Full Moon in March/, you're thrust into the world of the police and crime. The main character is Nakwon, a seasoned investigator or something who is entitled, selfish, and generally a huge asshole. Right off the bat, he's hostile towards the main lead, an ex-convict under parole named Mokhwa, because he believes he has information about Mokhwa's boss that Mokhwa is withholding from the police. This "justifies" Nakwon's attitude and behavior towards Mokhwa. By behavior, I mean explicitly rape Mokhwa not once, but /twice/. Before the second season, it genuinely looks like Nakwon does not give a flying fuck what he had done to Mokhwa, and is completely ignorant (whether on purpose or not) of the torment and terror Mokhwa feels when he sees Nakwon. Because of the sexual assault, this manhwa will never be as good as it possibly could. A romanticized rape-to-romance will always never be okay. On the other hand, Nakwon is possibly the most well-written main character I've ever read out of all the manhwas I've read. Forget Dawn of the Dragon, Beware of the Full Moon in March takes the take for this. It's not just Nakwon, however. Each character, whether Mokhwa, customers of Mokhwa's flower shop, or Nakwon's coworkers and assistants, has their own personality that is easily distinguished and unique to themselves. Each line spoken is perfect to each character, to the point where it reads like an American blockbuster cop movie. I'm not so sure on the accuracy of how these thing work since I'm not a part of the police force, but with how each character talks, I wouldn't be surprised if they were legitimate conversations from actual police officers that the author had overheard at some point in their life. The plot of this manhwa is also genuinely some of the most interesting, sitting on the edge of my seat, type story. The author has done a wonderful job balancing the progression of the story while also making characters go through development and become a better version of themselves (at least, as well a yaoi could do it). The mystery surrounding Mokhwa and his past, just who the boss is, how Nakwon and the police are gonna catch the gang, and how each character will change is definitely something that keeps me reading this manhwa. Speaking of plot... After he had realized he had feelings for Mokhwa, Nakwon legitimately went through a 180 change. At first, it was a complete dick move. Buying food for Mokhwa every day as if it would somehow make Mokhwa forgive him, smashing his hand with his gun as if it would make Mokhwa pity him. It was all done to make Nakwon feel less guilty about it, and this being something he /acknowledges/ in chapter 48 is something I would have never expected. Even understanding that this is something that can never be undone nor forgiven for and that Mokhwa underplays just what crimes Nakwon had done to him is a sign of just how much Mokhwa has changed Nakwon, and a welcome sign at that. I will never forgive Nakwon for what he has done, but I look forward to seeing how he will redeem himself to Mokhwa. Also, Nakwon is so unironically funny. Strange how this manhwa of all yaois I've read is one of the funniest. There is so much I can talk about this manhwa. I need someone to talk about this with
Megumi and Tsugumi
This is the first BL manga I read here, and so it has a special place in my heart... but nothing else. This manga is absolute ass and does not deserve the attention it has. Alpha x omega is already a red flag, but the way Tsugumi acts is so... awful. I feel bad for Megumi.
Lima Syndrome
The one time alpha x alpha betrayed me, though that was a given because it's psychological. Unfortunate

I'm too socially stunted to understand this
