OH MY GOD THE ART!!! Seriously, it’s so gorgeous! Idk how the artist is able to produce this quality at this quantity. Beyond that, the story is so enjoyable! Love a good revenge plot! I will say, this is not super seggs or romance heavy as the MC is mainly focused on vengeance. Very slow burn before anything happens, and even then it is unrequited. However, I think we’re starting to see the beginnings of them both falling head over heels. Just a warning: It took over 40 chapters to get here! But for me, it was worth it! The build-up is strong, and makes the pay-off that much more sweet! Characterization in this is my all-time fave that I’ve read! These feel like fully fleshed out people with desires, emotional baggage, and trauma. Yoohan (MC) might be the most unique uke I’ve seen. He doesn’t take shit, he knows his worth, he’s a badass, he’s flawed, and most importantly, he has agency! We love to see it, folks!

The family dynamic is chefs kiss! Just two gay dads and their kid. As fluffy and wholesome as that sounds, be warned, this is not a light read! If things like violence, sexual assault, or suicide bother you, then you’re gonna want to pass on this one. I, however, am a fan of the color red…

Instant favorite! I’ll be honest, the “side” couple stole the show! Yoonseol and Jungsoo have my whole heart ngl. I’d recommend reading for them, if nothing else. The art is expressive and aesthetically pleasing as well. Don’t sleep on this story!!!
