Summary: Bianca has a wrenched end as a fallen noble-woman, a forgotten person - in her dying breath asks God for a chance to make different decisions. She wakes up 18 and has a mental breakdown that she's back in the household she married into with a cold husband, subordinates who (sorta) scorn her, and on the same path to terrible end. This time, she's determined to have a child so she can keep her position as Countess so when her husband dies in the war, she won't be thrown out like yesterday's leftovers. Seeing as the Count isn't so keen bed her, she tries her hand at investing which opens up opportunities for her as she opens herself up to others. Ch 19: I love this so far - all the characters are emotive and/or have personality! At first I was worried I would not like Bianca/FL because her motives and first demeanor made her seem like she would be obnoxious or shallow but in reality, she is just a struggling child trying to survive the patriarchal world and unfortunately, her husband suffered/s from "I can't explain myself correctly so avoid you" syndrome. As of now, the real villain in the story is the 2nd prince (already seems like trash from the one chapter he cropped up in lmao) and her dad who basically sold her off and then straight up abandoned her so that even in her dire moments she had nobody to turn to. I felt really bad for her too. She's lonely, cornered, and misunderstood. The story is setting her up to be a determined, tsundere woman and I find it quite cute that she's coming out of her rough exterior to tease people (Vinky) and show concern for her people (Ivonne). I feel like the romance in here will be good too. And omg! the art!! Definitely one of the better comics I've seen! Ch 25: Second prince looks and acts like a walking, talking STD. The dude is just so greasy and vile from the mere fact that he couldn't get this one lady (our MC) to sleep with him despite her being obviously married and rejected him in a clever way makes me wanna stick a flamethrower up his ass. EWWWW I bet you this dude main villain. On the contrary, his older brother who hand selects roses for his wife and seems to be gentle and calm is wayyy better and he shows up in like half a chapter. Ch 36: 2 steps forward, 3 steps back. in this chapter, bianca admits to herself that she's beginning to love the count but only feels that way because hes been kind to her - out of duty. so she thinks now is a good time to pull back and put distance between them since her feelings are small right now and love only leads to terrible things like death and agony since thats all she knew in her past life after meeting that (POS) fernand... who shows up at the end of the chapter ffs ch 39 IS SQUEEEEE MATERIAL YALL. THE LITTLE PECK SHE GAVE HER BROTHER IS SO CUUTUTEEE Ch 62: greatly appreciate that they explained the "regression" to something akin to prophetic dreams. the fact that there does seem to be some sort of higher power is an interesting touch as well. Ch 71: Count Marceau(?), a total hottie and a devout husband?? Please! I enjoy the fact that he and his wife seem to have an actual loving relationship that he's willing to go to war for her. Allsooo, Catherine (wife)'s character design of being a ginger freckled cutie is v nice. Usually they chose that design for side characters, which she is, but they still play prominent roles which is nice.
