Survive Romance
The first non-romance manhwa (other than yuri and ones whose main theme is cute animals) that I like. MC’s class is full of madly cool girls who have their own niche and can fence for themselves. Gladly, very few annoying dudes cuz they’re either non-existing, invisible (literally) or just not standing out lol. Totally recommended and waiting for more chapters!
Shibuya District, Maruyama Neighborhood: After School
It reminds me of a period of time I was bullied back back when I was in elementary. I’m happy they found each other and be each other’s support. In a sad world where you feel like an outsider, it really warms you up knowing someone (be it another part of you, a friend, or family member, etc.) still cares for you. I really hope their beautiful friendship will last forever ^^
Hana to Uso to Makoto
The pain of separation runs deep even while they are (physically) together. The incomplete promise that they made when tragedy befell and one’s desperation to retrieve as time runs short. A truly sad but intriguing read into the pain of letting go, sacrifice and regret. If true love exists in the word “friendship”, I think it would be a perfect portrayal.
