It's just the same old cliche where the rich and dominant seme uses his position to treat their poor, debt-ridden first love like dirt. He buys him and treats him coldly and violently, uses him as sex toy regardless of how inconvenient it is for the MC. Like after he forcedly used MC as a cheap prostitute and his throat and back hurt, but then he gave him a glass of water and this can be considered "caring seme"? Uke, who has no self-respect, also thinks it's "caring" and doesn't really mind. Not sure where "Protective seme", "genuinely loves him" came from.
