Let's just say that I just had recovered from being emotionally unstable (since I wasn't clinically diagnosed). I was a freshman that year and I discovered that (also a freshman) schoolmate of mine was currently struggling with depression. I genuinely wanted to reach out to help her. We became close friends and I told her of my genuine intention. Her response? What that new student in this manhwa said being "sensitive and obsessive" and that "many people get tired of her" man that was what she said exactly!! To cut the long story short, what was supposed to be a friendship where we could comfort and help each other from our worries turned sour and toxic. We were spiraling down because we were dragging each other with personal issues. Still, I tried to be strong and understanding because I sympathized with her. But, in the end she completely cut me off. About several months later, I heard that what she did to me wasn't new. She was (unintentionally) jumping from one friend to another seeking for comfort. And when that comfort is no longer enough she would cut the person off. She also shifted to another course and went to another uni. Now, I haven't heard from her nor heard anything about her. I still wish her the best because (1) what she went through which caused her trauma and depression (she's clinically diagnosed btw) was a serious and heavy matter. (2) I saw that she was lost in life. She gets tired of things easily. One day she gets VERY enthusiastic about a thing and the next day she'll avoid it like hell. This interest ranged from small things to big things. That is why I wasn't surprised that she's like this when it comes to friendships as well :(
