Love So Pure

Complete | PlanB | 2000 released

I like the first couple (Yogan and Jihyun ) but the I liked the second couple (Daesik and Yosef) even more. But I feel like their story needed a little bit more. I really liked the bond they all had with each other, but I feel like I would have love to see the development of the last couple introduced. Just a little bit. But I'm glad everyone is happy at the end.

Sweet Heart Trigger

Ongoing | nyannya | 2000 released

Coleand Alex should just not be together. Cole has some serious mental issue. I'm not saying Alex is perfect. I know he has some superiority complex or whatever, but Cole seriously need some help. He is too unstable. Threatening someone with a gun, then threatening to off himself with the same gun. Come on he definitely not ok. I kinda liked Brad and wished he has this own story, even though he kinda made a move on Cole and caused another drama. He actually really sweet and caring. And at last, the boss with the crazy fetish was so unexpected.

Painter of the Night(Yahwacheop)

Ongoing | Byeonduck | 2019 released

I really liked the genuine love Seungho had for Na Kyum. I really didn't like him at all with everything he did to the poor guy, but along the story I started liking the character a bit more. I think towards the first times he admits his love for Na Kyum and also after hearing about his traumatic past. I still do not like how he stole Na kyum first time, it's really a no for me. Somewhere in my heart I cannot forget all the things he did that was a complete no, but his character development sure was really good. I like how they finally were able to reunite at the end. However I'm still waiting for a side story with Jiwha and No Name.

Legs That Won't Walk

Complete | 흑살구, Black Apricot | 2020 released

I kinda liked the story. I gave it five stars because I really appreciate how the author really thought this whole thing through. It wasn't perfect but I could feel how the author put a lot of thought while writing this story. The characters were unexpectedly connected to each other, sub stories connected to each other and so on. I'm not gonna say I'm completely happy for Tae Seung and Soo Young being together at the end. A lot of shit happened in everyone's lives so I could kinda understand some of their behavior, but Tae Seung did some pretty fuck up shit. I'm just glad he kinda changed along the way. I really liked to see Soo Young being happy during his memory lost period. I think the whole Min Hyuk raping Soo Young shit was not necessary in the story. Anyway, it was a good story and I think the end was really good. I still hope for Han Sung to have his own lover too in the side story (I kinda liked the kid).

Do You Still Like Me?

Complete | Shiyan,시옌,Siyen | 2019 released

The story was a bit confusing in the beginning with all the flashbacks. It is the first omegaverse with SM that I read and I think the idea was interesting. I kinda liked the story but not too much. Colton and Jinwoo were just heartbroken and somehow fate just reunited them. I kinda like how they kept meeting back over the years. Another problem that I found with this story is that the characters didn't show their love for each other enough or didn't even mention it specifically. It's only at the end that we hear Colton say I still like you even if you're a mess. I would have liked to see more of their emotions. One last point, the author draws amazingly well, the body proportion, the muscles, the stance, the angles were all very well drawned.

SMILE

Complete | Penguin Frontier | 2000 released

It's was such a good read. Everybody reaction to Wayne and Ren being together just made me so sad. Even Ren's parents turned their back on him. I was crying when Ren stopped smiling and Wayne started smiling for him instead when they were on the train living their town. Such a beautiful story. When Ren smiled again at the end it was just so good. I also liked the appearance of Hinata of Faker's affair by the end that took me off guard.

Exotic Love

Jaehan and Hee-gyeom were toxic but really made for each other. Their back and forth of being together then not together was a little tiring but made perfectly sense due to the toxic nature of their relationship. I kinda liked we got a little side of the story from Gyeom point of view since the whole story was narrated only from Jaehan side.

Caste Heaven

Complete | Ogawa Chise | 2014 released

This is the story that made me the most emotional so far in my reading journey. I cried so much of anger, pain, frustration, sadness, disgust and so on. The author really made feel so much emotions and made me think about so much things with the deep theme of peer pressure she presented in this story. When she said she wanted to write about conventionally trashy people, I didn't expect it to be this bad. Everyone in this story's damn school needs to go to therapy. Mob mentality is scary. Everyone was psycho or becoming psycho because of this damn game. So many people had so much darkness in their hearts it was unsettling. Maybe expect Atsumu since he was so kind and naïve but almost he strayed from the right path cause of Kuze. What was too much in this story was the rape. It's really too much almost unbearable considering the characters are all children (15 to 16 years old). Every "couple/pair" portrayed (except one) in this story was toxic, Azusa and Karino in particular. The only couple where love emerged naturally without manipulation or anything was Tatsumi and Senzaki. Their love for each other was in a way "pure" even though they were the most weird couple. I also like the couple Atsumu and Kuze even though they started with Kuze manipulating Atsumu, but when they opened to each other their relationship took a new turn and didn't feel toxic anymore. Anyway, there's one character in this story I despise above all and not forgive no matter what and it is freaking Eno. The guy needed to pay for everything he's done. In fact, all the people that went along with Eno's fuckedupness needed to pay. The ending of this story was ok but not satisfying enough for me. To many things were just wrong, too many people were traumatized for life. And too many didn't pay for what they did. I don't think I'll ever forget reading this story. I'm still crying while writing this review and thinking about everything. In conclusion, this story was twisted and vile beyond anything and so well crafted. Some things could've have been improved to make it better though. But still, I liked and hated reading it. Thank you Ogawa Chise.

A Night to Remember Webtoon

Complete | Gwa-in | 2000 released

This story is messed up but kinda good and so many poor people suffered because of Noah. I really didn't expect Noah to be a serial killer and kidnapper when he was alive. Even he was taken aback when Dylan was explaining this to him. The relationship between the two of them was and is just so messed up. Also, I feel so bad for Jade because will never know his boyfriend actually died in the car accident and for Dylan's sister about her fiancee (Alex) who was accidentally killed by Dylan on the day he went to rescue him. I think the story was well written and I really liked the ending with Dylan locking Noah up just like the way he did in the past.

This was an ok to me. Even though it had elements I don't really liked I wasn't particularly pissed with the unnecessary drama. One fact I kinda liked about this story and I found kinda interesting was that the author didn't show any sex scenes when Juheon and Kang was in high school. Usually this kind of story with misunderstanding because of miscommunication really get on my nerves, but I kinda liked it. Juheon really suffered a lot for no reason in this story and Kang was just dumb as hell. Anyway, all is well that ends well. Taeyang finally has a complete family and is happy, so I'm happy to.
