And he found comfort in helping others in need. He also made his first friend, ml, hanhoo in his high school as nobody wants to be friends with him before. Until the tragedy happened, when he just returned from ml's home, and the sponsor, mrs(dont remember her name) was so glad to see him saved. Then he found out that everyone in the orphanage was killed and left him alone saved. So he's very down and eventually lost part of his memories. Until 7 years later, he returned to his country as before the mrs sent him overseas to avoid him from being targeted by the murderer. Then he became the manager of ml without him knowing as ml also searching for the murderer. Then he found out that ml was the friend he searched all this time before. Ml confessed his love, but mc rejected. They made a bet and ml win. The reason mc rejected was because he actually once saved August, the murderer nickname, from dying on the street in the snow. So he totally blamed himself as august have been killing people everywhere after the incident. Mc even though of taking his own life together with August if August got him.
