Mc was hit by car, and ml brought him to hotel, to treat him. Ml found out mc was the omega that ran away, and made him to have uterus as before mc was only half omega. Ml needs mc to give birth of alpha for ml succeed the company. But the father of ml have died. Then long after, they fell in love. Mc strive to become a musical artist and ml provide that. Ml have two other half siblings but his older brother doesn't like ml as ml have many similarities as father. So he kind of exposed mc and how he was an artificial omega in front of many when mc on the stage. So then, mc grieve a lot to know he was made, not natural. But, at that time, mc already pregnant but doesn't realise it. Now they knew, ml tried to abort, well just thought of that but omegas have strong feelings about childs. And, for these omegas, after giving birth,they will die. That's why ml want to avoid that in any cost. So mc ran away. As they have mutual feeling, flowers pattern appeared on mc's neck. And, because mc ran away, ml fell sick, as, if omega with flowers pattern ran away or want to be apart, alpha can die after fell sick.
