Plot is pretty good, slow development of romance

the travel back in time age gap is it little weird bc MC is a child but past ML does not have romantic interests. MC's brother is obsessive and has a brother complex.

MC is a horny half alien teenager that's obsessed with splattering (alien version of getting off). Feels like he doesn't fit in and can't be loved for who he is. ML doesn't mind his condition.
