I generally can't cope w short stories, so I have a little bit of a bias against this, but it's alright

Girl isekais into an otome game and falls in love with the female villainess. Cute but the relationship seems a bit unhealthy

Girl becomes the heroine she so admires in an otome game, but as a child. She has a good heart and is book smart, but is incredibly naiive. Cute story nonetheless

Girl isekais into otome game villainess fiance of prince, but too late in the course of the game to change anything. Thankfully she was never actually a bad person. The OG FL & ML still get together, and she ends up w a prince of a neighbouring country, and becomes friends w the OG FL in a great plot arc. I'm not going to sub to the manga though, because I've heard that the drama beyond chapter 24 is intolerable. Super cute thus far, though - I silently applauded at their wedding (only because it was night time)

So great. Daughter of a duke recalls memories of her past life, those being that she's the villainess of an otome game. In order to prevent the rise and fall of her family, she attempts to act the role of the villain. Through this, she accidentally befriends the OG protagonist and supports her relationship with the crown Prince. Meanwhile, a relationship develops between our FL and her attendant.

Truck-kun isekais our girl into an otome villainess, and despite befriending the OG FL, the OG ML - the first prince - annules their engagement. So she ends up with the infamous fourth prince (Len) instead, who turns out to be a very nice guy, contrary to the rumours surrounding him.

So, a villainess in an otome game is actually just a misunderstood tsundere. A pair of real game commentators decide to commentate this particular otome game, when they discover they can communicate like gods to the crown Prince in the game. They try to guide everyone to a happy ending this way whilst minding their own relationship outside of playing the game, but (although this is just speculation) it seems like the characters in the game are having intrusive thoughts similar to those of their original programmed characters
