The story is weird. The ml deserved better, well, up till the end. He seemed to have become obsessed with his now dead wife, while his wife's attitude and overall personality made more sense considering how she herself wasn't fully human. Leaving the main story aside, the side story is just as fucking weird bro ah, all characters weren't likeable
Edit: I found myself to be enjoying the side story more than the actual main one, it is far more interesting for sure.
