sep 21, 2024 5/10 i dont know which i find more disturbing: taiki and yuki liking each other and eventually being in a relationship despite being cousins or natsuna having a relationship with her homeroom teacher bro they're all forbidden relationships; they're taboo. what's with people normalizing this stuff like it's just a new thing for this generation to get accustomed to. other students didn't even blink at the thought of romantically pairing two cousins as it appears they look good together. sweet home, alabama as regards to the story, I've come to realize taiki's actual love interest wasnt the girl twin but actually the guy twin named yuki. at first i thought taiki's being ridiculous in his every decisions concerning the twins, however, things came to light when the mid chapter showed and his behaviors were noticeably one-sided, being yuki as his whole focus and his sensitivity level around the latter has become unnoticeable. the story was quite interesting at the part where yuki has to accept being his twin sister's substitute for taiki, and the latter just taking advantage of the sweet guy. the emotional warfare yuki had gone through with himself everytime because of a guy— let alone his own cousin— shows the complexity of a person's mind when they're inlove and driven by that emotion. as their true feelings came to have known to other, the story gradually lost its interesting touch as it became cliche and predictable. while the story is allover disturbing and taboo, the art might have slightly gave those off away 'cause of its fine intricacy with those details and great execution of the characters' expressions and emotions showed. really, what great artwork! #Male×CousinsDeemedNormalbruh #TheMangaka'sCreativityShouldBeApplaudedHasItNotThisKindOfTrope
